How to get a Record of Attendance?
If you also need a detailed Record of Attendance (a list of attended sessions), fill in the session evaluation form for each session you attended and contact us at [email protected] in order to obtain the document.
Where to find the evaluation forms?
You can use the online evaluation system through the CIRSE mobile app and on https://et2024.cirse.org/certificate. The evaluation is only possible for registered attendees and All-Access Pass holders.
What is the deadline of claiming certificates for ET 2024?
The deadline is August 27, 2024.
Is it possible to claim certificates for past congresses?
Claiming certificates for past congresses is possible if you had a valid registration for the respective congress and completed the necessary evaluation form(s). Please note that Records of Attendance for congresses held before 2022 cannot be issued anymore.
