Abstract submission
All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations are expected to register for and attend ET 2026. Poster presenters need to complete and pay their registration by June 3, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the programme of ET 2026. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

Poster Awards
The winners of the Poster Awards will be selected by the ET Scientific Programme Committee.
All winners of poster awards will
- receive an invitation to submit a manuscript to CVIR
- be published on CIRSE’s social media
- receive a certificate
In addition, the presenter of the poster receiving the Magna Cum Laude Award will
- receive free registration for a CIRSE 2026 or 2027 congress of their choice
- be interviewed for the CIRSE Insider
Best Scientific Paper Award
The best scientific paper will be selected by ET congress attendees. Its presenter will
- receive free registration for a CIRSE 2026 or 2027 congress of their choice
- be invited to submit a manuscript to CVIR
- be interviewed for the CIRSE Insider
Publication in CVIR
Abstracts that are accepted and subsequently presented orally or via a poster onsite at the congress will be published in a supplement of CVIR, the longest standing publication in interventional radiology. All presenters must have a complete congress registration.
