Dear colleagues,

As we work towards creating another edition of the European Conference on Embolotherapy, we are excited to share the first details of the upcoming programme with you.

ET 2026 highlights will include the HCC and vascular malformations sessions in which key opinion leaders will give attendees invaluable tips and tricks to improve their technique and outcomes. You will see fresh data on musculoskeletal and joint embolization, but also case-based discussions on a variety of topics ranging from hemorrhoid embolization to PAE and more.

We are also proud to present new and evolving themes, including a close look at AI and robotics and how new technologies can be best integrated into our daily practice to further improve outcomes. Another fascinating new topic will be thyroid artery embolization, a novel treatment for patients with benign thyroid goiter disease. In a detailed session, we will discuss relevant anatomy, data, technique, and outcomes.

ET 2026 will also offer a closer look at advanced image guidance in a session designed to reveal the full potential of the technologies already in our hands, not just for beginners, but for all of us striving for technical excellence.

Overall, ET 2026 will feature an even stronger emphasis on practical, case-based learning with the very popular deep dive format offering attendees the possibility to further explore the topics presented in the plenary sessions and discuss them with the experts in a more intimate setting. These sessions are designed not just to update participants’ procedural knowledge, but to stimulate interactive knowledge exchange and inspire clinical innovation.

Valencia’s iconic congress centre designed by architecture icon Norman Foster will provide the perfect space for our corporate partners to present their latest products for innovative patient care.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to Valencia and to showcasing everything embolotherapy has to offer – from its clinical application to the latest data and innovations!
