Valencia is well connected by the land, sea and air travel, making it easily accessible from across the globe. As a relatively small city with both public transit and bike sharing options, it is easy to get around within the city limits.
Connecting from the airport
Located 8 km outside of the city, Valencia Airport is connected to the city centre by both bus and metro lines. Metro lines 3 and 5 can get you to the city centre in approximately 25 minutes for €4.90 one-way. If you are arriving late, be sure to check the metro’s timetable to ensure that the line is still available. As the cheaper option, the bus (Aero-Bus) costs €2.50, leaves every 20 minutes (from 6:00-22:00) and will take about 30 minutes into the city.
Alternatively, a taxi from the airport will take around 20 minutes and will cost around €20.
