Receiving an ET 2019 educational grant is even easier for CIRSE Members. All it takes is 2-3 clicks!

Once we have received your application, a notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to you via email. We aim to provide all notifications within three working days, or as soon possible.

Only a limited number of grants are available. They will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. CIRSE reserves the right to close the programme at any time, or as soon as all available grants have been allocated.

The ET educational grants are available to support ET 2019 registration, travel and accommodation costs only. All arrangements regarding travel, accommodation, congress registration and any required travel documentation (e.g. visa, study leave, etc...) remain the full responsibility of the applicant. Granted allowances are not transferable to third parties. If a successful applicant is unable to attend ET 2019 for any reason, he/she must immediately notify the CIRSE Office. Cancellation without prior notification will lead to ineligibility for future educational grant programmes. In case of absence due to illness, force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances, the educational allowance is deemed to be null and void, and the candidate is asked to explain his/her absence. Transfer of the educational allowance will be completed after the congress upon receipt of the official reimbursement document including all relevant original invoices associated with travel and accommodation.
